A stall at the Fair costs £35 for per Fair, which includes one large table. (Additional tables cost extra). Admission to the public is free.
Parking charges apply, but £1.50 covers all day. Stallholders can access the Concourse from 8 a.m. The Fair runs from 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Bookings open at 09.00am on the Tuesday after each book fair and book up quite quickly. We recommend early booking to avoid disappointment. Advance bookings will secure stalls at all four fairs.
