A stall at the Fair costs £35 for per Fair, which includes one large table. (Additional tables cost extra). Admission to the public is free.
Parking charges apply, but £1.99 covers all day (pay by app or card). Stallholders can access the Concourse from 08:00am. The Fair runs from 09:00am until 3:30pm.

Bookings open at 09.00am on the Tuesday after each book fair and book up quite quickly. We recommend early booking to avoid disappointment. Advance bookings will secure stalls at all four fairs.
